I used a gluten free pizza base but spread it out into a baking dish rather than rolling into pizzas.
Roast Vegetables as here, lay on top of a partially baked crust, pour 5 beaten eggs over the top and bake on 180celcius/350farenheit until eggs look cooked – about 10 minutes. Top with grated cheese and pop under the grill until bubbling and brown. You can also eat this as leftovers for days.
