It’s hot, hot, hot!

So I thought I’d share this creation of a chocolate milkshake of sorts.

No dairy, low fat, no refined sugars – this is the kind of milkshake any mum would love!

Makes 2 Shakes

In a food processor or blender combine:

  • 1.5 trays of ice
  • splash of vanilla
  • 1/2c cashews
  • 1/2c non-dairy milk (unsweetened)
  • 2 tablespoons each:
  • unsweetened cocoa
  • brown rice syrup
  • oats
  • nut butter (I use almond, cashew works too, peanut butter is YUM! but a completely different taste)

Blend until combined and serve with a straw and a spoon! I liked mine so much I just had to drink some before I took the picture!
